Transforming Banking Operations

BPCE, one of the largest banking groups in France, required a robust solution to handle complex decision-making processes within their retail banking operations. By leveraging IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM/JRules), Gladtek was tasked with modernizing their business rule management and empowering their internal teams.
